OVERVIEW

The Department of General Medicine is headed by Experienced Clinicians and has the credit of being the first centre in A.P to start DNB course in General medicine from 2008. The department is focused on delivering high-quality and comprehensive care for the prevention of diseases, the management of chronic disorders and the treatment of hospitalized patients.

ACCREDITATION

This department was accredited by National Board of Examination (NBE) for post graduate teaching in DNB General Medicine 1 seat in 2008 and increased to 2 seats in 2017. Our students received good training and pass exams in first attempt.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

There is regular Academic teaching schedules with active participants of DNB students and faculty. The topics includes General Medicine, Super Specialities like Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology and Critical Care.
