Established in the year 1990 as the first Super Speciality Cardiac Unit in Guntur district and one of the first few in coastal Andhra Pradesh, under the able leadership and vision of Dr. P.V Raghava Sarma MD DM (PGIMER) FACC, FESC, FSCAI, FCSI ,MISCCM with 30 plus years of experience in all sub specialities of cardiology.
First institute in Guntur district to start a cath lab and bypass procedures with a full time co-ordinated Heart Team including Thoracic surgeons, Interventional cardiologists and Cardiac anesthetists, dedicated cardiac nurses
Presently working as a large volume interventional center in Andhra Pradesh with 2 state of the art cath labs – ARTES ZEE with DYNA CT performing around 1800 interventional procedures per year.
